Better is an AI-powered dispute resolution platform operated by Diligent4. Users create a “case” describing a dispute, share a link with the other party, and both sides present their arguments via text or voice. AI advocates build structured briefs for each side, and an AI judge delivers a verdict.
Better is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not provide legal advice, and its verdicts are not legally binding.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Better. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You can use Better with or without a Google account. If you sign in with Google, we associate your cases with your account for history and continuity. If you don't sign in, case access is managed through session-based cookies tied to your browser. Losing your cookies means losing access to unsigned-in cases.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and session.
Payments are processed through Stripe. When you purchase a post-verdict product (such as Deep Analysis or Appeal), you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.
Refund policy: Because these are digital goods produced by AI processing, refunds are not available once processing has begun. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Better offers optional monetary stakes ($5–$50) where both parties put up the same amount. The AI judge's verdict determines the winner, who receives the combined pot minus a 15% platform service fee.
This is not gambling. The outcome is determined by the quality and substance of each party's arguments as evaluated by AI — not by chance, luck, or random selection.
Stakes are non-refundable once both sides have paid in. If a case is abandoned before both sides pay, unpaid stakes are not charged and paid stakes are returned. The platform does not hold funds in escrow — payments are processed through Stripe at the time of the transaction.
You retain ownership of any text, audio, or other content you submit to Better. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process it through our AI systems for the purpose of operating the service — building briefs, generating verdicts, and producing any purchased add-ons.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you provide.
All verdicts, briefs, analyses, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. They represent AI-generated opinions, not professional legal, financial, or personal advice. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on them for any legal or consequential decisions.
