Refund Policy

Better sells digital goods produced by AI processing. Because these products are generated on demand and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy reflects the nature of the service.

Deep Analysis & Appeal

These are post-verdict digital products (Deep Analysis at $0.49, Appeal at $1.49). Once you purchase and AI processing begins, the product is being generated specifically for your case.

No refunds are available once AI processing has begun.

If there is a technical failure that prevents delivery of the product you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right.

Stakes

When both sides have paid their stakes, the funds are committed to the case outcome.

  • Both sides paid: Stakes are non-refundable. The winner receives the combined pot minus the 15% platform service fee.
  • Case abandoned before completion: If the case doesn't reach a verdict because one or both sides fail to participate, paid stakes are returned in full.
  • Only one side paid: If the other party never pays their stake, your stake is returned.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, no charge is applied. In the rare event that a charge goes through but the service is not delivered, Stripe's systems will handle the automatic reversal. If it doesn't resolve on its own, contact us.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're entitled to a refund under this policy, email us at support@better-solve-it.com with your case details and a description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
